Today, the Center for Exhibition Industry Research (CEIR) released the fifth and sixth reports in its series, Maximizing Attendee and Exhibitor Engagement on the Exhibition Floor.
Part Five: Exhibition Floor Networking Opportunities Outside Exhibit Booths benchmarks the networking opportunities provided by organizers in common areas on exhibition floors and examines the rate at which exhibitors have sponsored these offerings over the past two years.
Part 6: Exhibition Floor Product Opportunities Outside Exhibit Booths benchmarks the product engagement opportunities provided by organizers in common areas on exhibition floors and examines the rate at which exhibitors have sponsored these offerings over the past two years.
Both reports identify which product opportunities and networking opportunities have seen high attendee engagement.
“Maximizing Attendee and Exhibitor Engagement on the Exhibition Floor offers organizers and exhibitors a comprehensive overview of effective engagement tactics. The benchmarks highlight strategies for increasing in-booth attendee use, enhancing engagement through services, and making the most of common areas,” said CEIR Vice President of Research, Nancy Drapeau, IPC. “Parts Five and Six, published today, focus on Networking and Product Engagement offerings made available in common areas, providing valuable insights for organizers to boost attendee satisfaction and sponsorship sales. For exhibitors, it offers guidance on investing in out-of-booth offerings to achieve exhibition goals,” added Drapeau.
Reports in the Maximizing Attendee and Exhibitor Engagement on the Exhibition Floor series are available at no charge to CEIR subscribers and IAEE members, and cost $49 USD for non-members.
