CEIR Predict 2022 Registration Now Open

What the Future Holds at the Intersection of Business and Industry

DALLAS, 19 May 2022 – The Center for Exhibition Industry Research (CEIR) has opened registration for CEIR Predict Annual Exhibition Industry Outlook Conference to be held on 15-16 September 2022 at the MGM National Harbor in Oxon Hill, Md. Predict features experts from outside the exhibitions industry that offer insights into the economic, social, political and digital trends occurring in the global marketplace, in addition to access to industry leaders who can provide context for top executives.

“From my perspective, CEIR Predict is the only event in the U.S. that presents a macro perspective of the economy, and then dives deeper to explain to the audience what this means for the exhibitions and events industry as well as for each senior leader in attendance,” said 2022 CEIR Chairperson Dennis Smith, Senior Director, Exposition Sales and Business Development, AVIXA. “This, together with the addition of relevant speakers and the high level of networking opportunities, makes CEIR Predict one of my must-attend annual events.”

“Predict is the most thought provoking of the industry conferences and the perfect complement to the others,” added CEIR Predict Planning Committee Chairperson Vincent Polito, Principal, VPI and Managing Director, mdg, A Freeman Company “It’s the perfect planning conference to prepare for the future, which looks more like a mystery with each passing day.”

Ten sessions will feature thought leaders exploring topics such as What’s Ahead for the U.S. Economy and Focus on the CEIR Index. Panels will delve into subjects such as the Economy – Top Sectors and Emerging Markets; Geopolitical Economic Landscape; Digital Trends and Transformation; Engagement; Industry; Community; the Political Landscape; and a Closing Session on Predictions with Dr. Sam Potolicchio.

“The CEIR Predict conference program is developed throughout the year,” noted CEIR CEO Cathy Breden, CMP-F, CAE, CEM, “We focus on topics that are impacting the exhibitions industry now and over the next several years.
