CEIR Predict Participant Code of Conduct

Before Leaving Home

  • Follow relevant guidance provided by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) or your local health authority.
  • Adhere to government issued travel restrictions and guidance issued by the region you will be travelling to and the region you are travelling from.
  • Evaluate your own health and that of people you are in close contact with.
  • Stay home if you feel sick.
  • Attendees will be asked to provide “COVID-19 vaccine validation” details to the secure, Fern Health Check platform powered by Share My Health, in advance of the event. Detailed information about how to provide COVID-19 vaccine validation will be provided a few weeks prior to the event via email.
  • If your final vaccine dose has not been administered by Monday, 30 August, you will be treated as un-vaccinated and will be required to follow the event health and safety procedures as un-vaccinated.
  • Attendees who do not provide this information or who have not been fully vaccinated will be required to take a COVID-19 rapid test onsite upon arrival to the hotel. If an attendee tests positive for COVID-19, they will not be admitted to the event. Therefore, in order to have peace of mind, unvaccinated attendees will be required to arrange their own COVID-19 test in their home city prior to traveling to minimize the possibility of not being admitted to the event upon arrival at the event.
  • All attendees will be required to register with the Fern Health Check platform, powered by Share My Health, for the onsite health screening process. Instructions and links for the platform will be provide a few weeks prior to the event via email.

NOTE: All attendees MUST complete ONE of the following steps before arriving to the event:

  • A Vaccine Record Upload that shows your FINAL dose was received BEFORE 30 August 30 2021

  • Upload a NEGATIVE PCR Test report that shows that the test was taken BETWEEN 10 Sep and 13 Sep

  • Upload a NEGATIVE Rapid-Antigen Test report or Result that shows that the test was taken BETWEEN 10 Sep and 13 Sep
