Description:     In order to statistically validate the most effective methods for visitor promotion to an exhibition, a comprehensive survey was conducted by Exhibit Surveys, Inc. in the first quarter of 2009 among organizers and exhibitors from various industry organizations. The results within this report, the second in a two-part series of findings, are based upon 218 exhibitor responses. Within the pages of this report are benchmarks for exhibitor spending on promotion by industry sector and Top Ten findings from exhibitors on practices currently utilized to increase booth traffic.
